The FIA and Pirelli agreed to allow the teams to have tire tests 17-19.12.2013 in Bahrain. The teams were supposed to test the tires in Sao Paulo, Brazil before the qualifying session but the weather wasn't good enough.
First the teams Lotus, Williams, Marussia, Caterham and Sauber stated that they are not participating in the tests and now also McLaren and Force India will pass on the tests.
It seems that the teams that passed on the tests first had mainly issues with their budget but McLaren and Force India has stated that they can't fit the tests in their schedule. Wow! What can be more important than testing for next season?!
